By accessing, browsing, or using the Entrepreneur Readiness Score assessment platform and website (“Service”) operated by Courage-Compass (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The Service provides psychological assessments, entrepreneurial readiness evaluations, website content, and related analytical tools designed to measure emotional mastery, decision mastery, and intuition mastery for entrepreneurial development purposes. Our Service utilizes various technologies including artificial intelligence systems, automated form processing, data analytics platforms (including DatumProcessor), and third-party integrations to deliver comprehensive assessment experiences and insights.

3. USER REGISTRATION AND EMAIL COLLECTION

3.1 Email Collection

  • To access assessments, you must provide a valid email address
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • No traditional user accounts are created; email addresses are collected for assessment delivery purposes

  • You must notify us immediately of any issues with email delivery
  • We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of these Terms

4. USE OF SERVICE AND USER CONDUCT

5. ASSESSMENT DATA AND RESULTS

5.1 Nature of Assessments

  • Our assessments are for informational and developmental purposes only
  • Results do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or business advice
  • Individual results may vary and should not be the sole basis for important decisions

5.2 Data Accuracy

  • Assessment accuracy depends on honest, thoughtful responses
  • We cannot guarantee the reliability of results based on incomplete or dishonest responses
  • Results reflect self-reported information at the time of assessment

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1 Company Property

The Service, including all assessment content, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and software, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 User License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

6.3 User-Generated Content

By submitting responses, feedback, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and analyze such content for Service improvement and research purposes.

11. TERMINATION

11.2 Termination by Company

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but these Terms shall survive termination where applicable. Data retention is subject to our Privacy Policy and sub-processor policies.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by Quebec, Canada law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Quebec, Canada.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Service notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
