By accessing, browsing, or using the Entrepreneur Readiness Score assessment platform and website (“Service”) operated by Courage-Compass (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The Service provides psychological assessments, entrepreneurial readiness evaluations, website content, and related analytical tools designed to measure emotional mastery, decision mastery, and intuition mastery for entrepreneurial development purposes. Our Service utilizes various technologies including artificial intelligence systems, automated form processing, data analytics platforms (including DatumProcessor), and third-party integrations to deliver comprehensive assessment experiences and insights.

3. USER REGISTRATION AND EMAIL COLLECTION

  • We cannot guarantee the reliability of results based on incomplete or dishonest responses
  • Results reflect self-reported information at the time of assessment

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Service, including all assessment content, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and software, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but these Terms shall survive termination where applicable. Data retention is subject to our Privacy Policy and sub-processor policies.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by Quebec, Canada law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Quebec, Canada.
